We collect only what we need to provide the service: account details, payment info (via processor), and the content you upload to generate coloring pages.
2) Data we collect
- Account: name, email, password hash.
- Content: photos, prompts, outputs, generation settings.
- Usage: device/browser, IP, logs, analytics, cookies.
- Payments: handled by our processor (Stripe); we receive tokens, amounts, and status. We do not receive full card numbers.
3) How we use data
- Provide, secure, and improve the service; process generations and downloads; prevent abuse/fraud; billing and support; send essential service emails.
- Model training: By default we do not use your uploads/outputs to train public models. You can opt in/out of product-improvement training in settings.
4) Sharing
- Processors: hosting, payments, email/analytics tools.
- Legal: if required by law or to enforce our Terms.
- We do not sell your personal data.
5) Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to provide, personalize, and secure the service.
- Essential cookies: required for login and core functionality (cannot be disabled).
- Analytics cookies: help us improve; you can opt out via the cookie banner or browser settings.
- Preference cookies: remember your settings and customizations.
You can manage cookies through your browser/device settings. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.
6) Retention
- Account data: while your account is active.
- Uploads/outputs: kept for your Library; you can delete them anytime.
- Logs/analytics: typically 90–180 days unless needed longer for security/compliance.
7) Children's privacy
Not directed to children under 13. If you're a parent/guardian and believe a child provided personal data without consent, contact [email protected] to remove it.
8) Security
Encryption in transit, restricted access, routine backups. No method is 100% secure.
9) International transfers
If you're outside our hosting region, your data may be processed there or in other countries where we or our processors operate. When required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
10) Your rights
- Access, rectify, delete, or export your data; object/restrict certain processing where applicable.
- Opt out of marketing and analytics cookies.
- California residents: CCPA rights are honored. EEA/UK residents may contact their DPA.
11) Data deletion & account closure
You can delete your account yourself at any time directly from your account settings. Once deleted, your data and files will be permanently removed, subject to legal holds. You may also delete specific files in your Library without closing your account.
12) Changes
We'll post updates here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be emailed to you.
