Terms of Service

1) Who we are

Drawvee ("we," "us") provides tools to turn photos and text prompts into downloadable coloring pages.

2) Using Drawvee

• You must be 13+ (or have verifiable parental consent).
• Accounts may purchase a Monthly Subscription for 1000 credits (credits reset monthly) or a 300-credit pack (one-time, no expiration).
• Credits generate/download pages. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

3) Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4) Payments & renewals

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled in your account settings.
• Payments are processed by a third party (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Refunds: renewals and used credits are non-refundable. Unused new renewals may be refundable within 7 days at our discretion.

5) Your content & licenses

• You retain ownership of photos, prompts, and text you upload ("Content").
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and generate outputs to operate/improve the service.
• Unless you opt in, your uploads/outputs are not used to train public models. We may use anonymized telemetry for reliability, safety, and quality.

6) Generated outputs

• Outputs may contain artifacts/variations; you're responsible for your use.
• Subject to third-party rights in your inputs, you may use outputs for personal/commercial purposes, provided you do not violate law, privacy, or IP rights.

7) Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content; no sexual content involving minors; no malware or attempts to bypass safety.
• Get consent for identifiable people in uploaded photos; respect privacy/publicity rights.

8) IP & takedowns

The Drawvee name, logo, and site assets are our IP. For copyright notices, email [email protected] with a DMCA-compliant request; we may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.

9) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the service. Essential cookies are required for login and functionality. Analytics and preference cookies may be used to understand usage and remember settings. See our Privacy Policy for details and choices.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the service. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drawvee, its affiliates, and staff against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12) Availability & changes

• Features, pricing, and availability may change with notice.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches or non-payment.

13) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or labor disputes.

14) Disclaimers & liability

Service provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 3 months.

15) Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

16) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, unless arbitration is required by law.
